My name is Corin “Cory” Puckett and I have been in the field of Kinesiology for about 15 years.  I ran a Personal Training business for seniors in Independent Living and Assisted Living communities.  My company were in 4 sites, and I had 10 employees and we were always looking for innovative ideas.  I began to realize the older adults were getting very good results, but they still had issues with connecting to certain muscles.  My company started to investigate modalities to help the communities where we had our sites.  We discovered a method in Kinesiology and I sold my business and started using these techniques.  I have been doing this method of Kinesiology for 15 years.  Due to COVID, I took a pause on my work with kinesiology for around 2 years and  now I am ready to get back into my technique.  I have extensive education and certifications over the years from many different modalities.
